Description

The Naos is a 60cm circular pendant light built around a single continuous ring of rose gold-finished metal, with an integrated LED strip running along the inner edge behind an opal silicone diffuser. The 27W LED casts 3000K warm white light that diffuses through the opal strip, creating a soft halo effect below the ring while the rose gold finish reflects ambient light upward.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and lounge settings where a sculptural centrepiece is needed without occupying excessive visual space, the Naos hangs on four fine steel wires that allow the ring to appear suspended mid-air. The drop is adjustable between 60cm and 120cm on installation, making it suitable for ceiling heights from 2.4m to 3m. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor environments only.

The rose gold finish on the metal ring gives a warm pink-toned metallic accent that pairs with copper, brass and warm timber interiors without the brighter yellow of polished brass or the cooler tone of chrome. The ring itself measures 60cm outer diameter with a 7cm vertical profile, providing presence without the bulk of a traditional chandelier. At 1.38kg the fitting is light enough for most plasterboard ceilings with a standard ceiling rose and hook plate.

What ceiling height does it need?

The drop is adjustable between 60cm and 120cm during installation. For a dining table the pendant typically sits 70-80cm above the surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights from 2.4m upward. The 60cm minimum drop suits higher ceilings of 2.7m or above.

Can it be installed in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating means the Naos is for dry indoor locations only. It is not suitable for bathrooms, kitchens directly above hobs or sinks, or any space where moisture or steam is present.

What size table does the 60cm ring suit?

The 60cm diameter works over round dining tables of 100-140cm diameter or rectangular tables up to 160cm long. For larger tables consider pairing two Naos pendants spaced evenly along the table length.
