Description

The Nans S/31 Outrack is an outdoor track pendant light with a woven shade, made to hang from its track. This one has the Beige Shade (with Light Blue and Light Grey), woven in an open lattice and rounded into a soft barrel form, on a Brown structure. The shade is 30.7cm tall and 31.5cm across, and it hangs on a 200cm suspension. Its light is an integrated LED of 12.6W, so there is no bulb to buy or change. With a CRI of 90, food and faces look natural under it. It comes in three colour temperatures, 2400K, 2700K or 3000K, giving 276lm, 281lm or 291lm depending on the version you choose.

Rated IP54, it is made for outdoor use. It suits a covered terrace, a pergola, a patio or a garden dining area, wherever you want a warm pool of light over a table on a summer evening. The 2400K version gives the warmest glow, close to candlelight, while 2700K and 3000K are a little whiter and crisper. It is part of the Outrack system and does not work on its own. It needs the Outrack track it fits, sold separately, which holds the pendant and carries power to it. It also needs an Outrack 24V power supply for the track, sold separately, which takes the mains down to the 24V DC the system runs on.

It is made from stainless steel, aluminium and synthetic fibre, materials that suit a fitting made for outdoor use, and it is Class III, running at 24V DC. It is powered from the mains through its track. The track and its power supply are for a qualified electrician to install. Before you order, measure from your pergola or ceiling to the tabletop so you know where the shade will sit on its 200cm suspension.
