Description

The Nans PF/21 is a woven LED outdoor ceiling light, a rounded cylinder of synthetic fibre that sits close beneath a round ceiling base in Graphite Brown. Its shade is woven in Brown with Beige and Light Grey: a pale open lattice laid over a darker brown weave, so the light inside glows softly through every gap. Within it is a 9.5W integrated LED giving 386 lumens of warm 2700K light with a CRI of 90, which keeps faces, timber and planting looking true to colour after dark. The shade is 21.6cm across and 24.7cm tall, and the light measures 31.7cm tall overall.

It is rated IP54 and made for outdoor use, so we would put it under a porch roof, on a covered terrace or on a veranda ceiling. Because it sits close to the ceiling rather than hanging low, it keeps clear of heads in a doorway or along a covered passage beside the house, and the woven shade gives an outdoor ceiling far more warmth than a plain fitting.
