Description

The Nans Balis S/140 Outrack is a long outdoor track pendant light, 140cm in length and 27cm wide, with a shade 13cm tall. A brown structure runs along the top, and beneath it sits an openwork lattice shade that lets the light through in a soft, patterned glow. Its integrated LED draws 44W, so there is no bulb to buy or change, and it gives between 1761lm and 1883lm depending on the version. We offer it in three colour temperatures, 2400K, 2700K or 3000K, from a warm amber glow to a cleaner warm white, and a CRI of 90 keeps food, faces and planting looking natural.

Rated IP54, it is made for outdoor use: hung over a terrace dining table, along a covered patio or above a long bench in a courtyard garden, where its length lights a table in one even line. Its maximum drop is 200cm, giving room to hang it at a comfortable height over a table, even beneath a tall pergola. It is part of the Outrack system and is powered from the mains through its track at 24V DC. It needs two parts, each sold separately: the Outrack track it fits, which carries the power and holds the pendant, and an Outrack 24V power supply for the track, which feeds the track from the mains.

The pendant is made from aluminium, synthetic fibre and stainless steel, with a Brown structure and a Brown Shade (with Beige and Light Grey), a mix of tones that sits easily against stone, timber and greenery. It is a Class III fitting running at 24V DC, and its IP54 rating means it is protected against dust and splashing water. The Outrack track and its power supply are for a qualified electrician to install. Choose your colour temperature when you order, and plan the track and power supply at the same time so everything is in place together.
