Description

The Molly is a 53cm circular suspension light built from a continuous rose gold aluminium frame that loops and twists around three opal silicone diffusers, with an integrated 30W LED providing 3000K warm white light. The frame is suspended on three stainless steel cables from a rose gold ceiling canopy, and the drop adjusts between 55cm and 130cm on installation.

Designed for dining tables, bedroom centrepieces and hallway installations in spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher, the Molly provides both ambient and decorative light. The opal silicone diffusers soften the LED output and prevent glare, while the open circular frame keeps the visual mass light despite the 53cm diameter. The fitting is dimmable via TRIAC (trailing-edge dimmer) or 0-10V control systems, allowing brightness to be adjusted from full output down to a low night-light level.

The rose gold finish sits somewhere between brushed brass and copper, with a warm pinkish tone that pairs well with warm greys, taupes, and cream interiors. The aluminium construction keeps the weight to 1.22kg despite the 53cm span, and the three-point cable suspension distributes the load evenly across the ceiling rose. The fixture carries an IP20 rating, restricting it to dry indoor use only.

Yes. The integrated LED is compatible with TRIAC trailing-edge dimmers and 0-10V dimming control systems. Check that your dimmer is rated for LED loads before installation to ensure smooth dimming performance across the full range.

What ceiling height is needed?

The suspension cables adjust between 55cm minimum and 130cm maximum drop. For a dining table the light typically sits 70-80cm above the surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher. The 22cm height of the frame itself also needs to be accounted for in low-ceiling spaces.

Can the rose gold finish be cleaned?

Wipe the aluminium frame with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For fingerprints or marks, use a barely-damp cloth with plain water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishes or chemical sprays that could damage the brushed rose gold finish.

What rooms is the Molly suitable for?

The IP20 rating restricts the Molly to dry indoor spaces only. It works well over dining tables, in bedrooms, hallways and living rooms, but cannot be used in bathrooms, kitchens directly above hobs or sinks, or any outdoor location.
