Description

The Misko F25 is a floor lamp with a tall, slim stem that curves over at the top, so its disc head hangs on a fine cord above a flat oval base. It stands 177.5cm tall, 42.5cm wide and 25.5cm deep, with a base 36.5cm long, and its shade is 25cm across and 24cm tall. It takes one E27 bulb of up to 10W, which is not included and is sold separately; the bulb is what gives the lamp its light. We offer it in two finishes, Walnut or Black. It is dimmable with a compatible dimmer, so the light can come down for a quiet evening.

This is a lamp for the living room. The curve carries the light out over an armchair or the end of a sofa, so it works as a reading lamp beside your favourite seat or as a soft pool of light in a corner that the ceiling light misses. The oval base keeps the footprint small, and the slim stem lets it stand close to furniture without crowding the floor. It runs on mains power. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only and stays indoors.

The Misko F25 was designed by Stone Designs, and the outline is kept simple: one line rising from the floor, one curve and one disc. Choose the Walnut finish for warmth against wooden floors and furniture, or the Black finish for a crisp, graphic line against pale walls. Before you settle on a spot, measure it: allow for the full 42.5cm width so the head reaches over the chair you have in mind, and for the 177.5cm height under a sloping ceiling.
