Description

Our Millie cup is a small stoneware cup with a 110ml capacity, decorated with hand-painted flowers scattered over a soft pink glaze. It stands 7cm tall and 6cm across, with a rounded body, a gently uneven rim and a generous loop handle set high on the side. The lower band is left as bare stoneware, a matt, unglazed strip that gives the glossy pink above it a clean edge. It weighs 0.15KG, so it is a light cup to pick up and carry to the table.

Made as children's tableware, it holds 110ml, a sensible pour for a child's cup: enough milk or water with a meal or a snack, and a roomy handle for small fingers.
