Description

Our Marrakesh flush ceiling light sits close to the ceiling, with a wide dome shade over a single glass globe, held on a short flared stem beneath a round ceiling plate. It is made of brass and glass, 15cm tall and 25cm across. It comes in Antique Brass, Antique Brass & Matt Sapphire Blue, Antique Silver, Antique Silver & Matt Black, Matt Sapphire Blue, Racing Green, Polished Brass, Satin Brass, Satin Brass & Matt Vanilla Cream, Satin Brass & Sage Green, Satin Brass & Matt Antique Pink, Satin Brass & Matt Black, Satin Brass & Matt Honey Yellow, Satin Brass & Matt Mint Turquoise, Satin Brass & Matt Sapphire Blue, Satin Brass & Orange, Satin Brass & Red or Satin Brass & Racing Green, with Clear, Frosted or Opal glass. Bulbs are sold separately: it takes 1 x G9 bulb, up to 6.5W per bulb (LED).

We think it suits a hallway especially well. Because it sits close to the ceiling, it gives light without hanging into the space where people pass. The plain metal finishes keep things quiet, while the painted finishes bring colour overhead. Opal and Frosted glass soften the bulb, while Clear glass leaves it on view. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only.

Each light is made to order for you in Ireland, in brass, with the painted colours matched to RAL references such as Matt Sapphire Blue RAL 5003 and Racing Green RAL 6005. It is a Class I fitting, wired in to the mains by a qualified electrician. The maker guarantees the fittings it makes for five years from the date of purchase, and bulbs are not covered.
