Description

We stock the Maris in gold as a slim alabaster pendant that puts the stone itself to work. A cylindrical shade cut from natural alabaster hangs on a slender gold rod from a matching cylindrical canopy, and an integrated 6W LED sits inside the stone, casting 220 lumens of warm white (2700K) light out through the alabaster so the whole column glows rather than lighting from a single visible point.

It suits low-ceiling entryways, corridor runs and bedside positions where you want gentle ambient light without bulk. The narrow profile works where a wider pendant would feel heavy, and the compact footprint lets you hang several in a row down a hallway or over a kitchen island where you want the spacing to line up. The gold canopy fits a standard UK ceiling rose and the rod conceals the cable run.

Because each cylinder is cut from natural stone, the mineral veining and tonal variation differ from piece to piece, so no two look quite the same once lit. The gold finish reads warm against brass hardware, wood tones and earthy textiles, and the 90 CRI rating keeps colours beneath the light accurate.
