The Lucent is a 9cm surface-mounted LED downlight with an integrated 25W 3000K LED housed in a matt white aluminium cylinder. The cylindrical body sits flush against the ceiling, projecting the light source downwards through a clear lens that controls beam spread and reduces glare. The matt white finish blends into white ceilings or provides subtle contrast against darker surfaces.

Designed for general ambient lighting and accent applications in residential and commercial interiors, the Lucent suits hallways, kitchens, home offices and retail spaces where directional ceiling light is needed without recessing into the ceiling structure. Surface mounting means installation can happen on solid ceilings, concrete slabs and suspended ceilings without cutting apertures. The 9cm diameter and low-profile height make it suitable for rooms with ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3m, where the fitting remains unobtrusive but provides adequate downward light spread.

The aluminium body dissipates heat from the 25W LED without requiring external cooling fins, keeping the external temperature safe for ceiling contact. The IP20 rating limits the Lucent to dry indoor environments only — not bathrooms, wet rooms or outdoor canopies. The 3000K colour temperature produces warm white light that sits between the warmer tones of halogen (2700K) and the cooler daylight whites (4000K+), making it appropriate for both task and ambient use.
