Press a halved lemon onto the cone and twist, and the juice runs through a ring of small holes into the jug beneath, which holds 720ml. It is 17.5cm long, 12cm wide and 15.5cm tall, and weighs 0.75KG. The blue reactive glaze covers a raised pattern of overlapping scallops around the lower half and a lacy relief above, with a ribbed handle and a footed base to finish.

It belongs in the kitchen, out on the worktop beside the fruit bowl or on an open shelf between uses.
