Description

A wreath 39cm across and 3cm deep, built from moulded leaves wired around a ring with small berries set among them. The leaves are dark and matt and the berries catch the light, so the ring reads as two tones rather than one. It weighs 0.58kg.

Thirty-nine centimetres is front-door scale. Hung on a wall above a mantel, the leaves lie close enough together to close the outline and the berries break it up again at intervals. At 0.58kg it wants a hook rather than a pin.

The metal is iron under an antique brass finish. Every leaf is moulded and wired on by hand, so the density of the ring and the placing of the berries differ from one wreath to the next. A matching 120cm Ishana garland is made in the same leaf and berry.
