Description

A garland 120cm long and 11cm across at its widest, built from moulded leaves arranged around a central stem with berries set among them. The berries come in a range of sizes and in shades of gold and bronze rather than one uniform tone. The whole garland weighs 0.57kg.

One hundred and twenty centimetres suits a door or the length of a table, which is where the design is aimed. At 0.57kg it is nearly four times the weight of the Charita leaf garland at the same length, and the difference is the berries and the depth of the moulding.

The metal is iron under an antique brass finish. In our photographs the metal reads dark, with only the berries gold. The leaves are moulded rather than pressed flat and the berries sit among them, so the garland carries depth through its 11cm width rather than lying flat against a surface. An Ishana wreath is made to match, and a Charita garland and wreath are made in a plain leaf without berries.
