Description

The Indore is a wire wall shelf in iron, 22cm wide and standing 10cm off the wall with sides 5cm high. The frame is a rectangle of round section wire with a floor of parallel wires running front to back and three rails across the face. The corners turn in a curve where the wire bends, and there is a fixing hole at each of the two top corners. The iron is powder coated in an aged brass tone that shifts between warm brown and bronze across the surface.

The shelf is built to hold one litre dispenser bottles and the smaller pump bottles that go beside them. The iron is powder coated, which is what makes it suitable for a bathroom or a shower. Fixed into the corner of a wall, the open wire throws a striped shadow onto the plaster behind rather than a solid block. At 22cm wide it holds two or three bottles in a row, and the floor is open wire rather than a solid tray.

The frame is iron, powder coated and given an aged brass tone, and the industrial look comes from leaving the wire exposed rather than boxing it in. It fixes flat to a wall through the hole at each top corner. The Indore range also holds a bath bridge and a mango wood caddy in the same finish.
