Description

The Iliada is a 9-light cluster pendant built around nine moulded acrylic spirals suspended from a 53cm matt black ceiling canopy on adjustable cables. Each transparent acrylic tube is held by a bright gold collar, with an integrated LED housed inside the collar casting 3000K warm white light through the ribbed spiral diffuser. The combined 63W LED array produces 5,537 lumens across the nine drops.

Designed for double-height entrance halls, kitchen islands and dining areas with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above, the Iliada functions as both task and decorative lighting. The cables are individually adjustable from 40cm minimum drop to 200cm maximum, allowing the cluster to be configured as a tight vertical column for sculptural impact or staggered at different heights to fill a taller volume. The TRIAC/0-10V driver works with the included RF remote for wireless dimming without touching a wall switch.

Each acrylic spiral measures approximately 23cm tall and is ribbed on the interior surface to diffuse the LED point source into a soft vertical glow. The bright gold collars catch ambient light during the day and create reflective accents when the pendant is lit at night. The matt black canopy and cable housings provide contrast against the gold and transparent elements, suiting contemporary interiors with dark accent finishes, marble surfaces, or light-toned timber. At 8.3kg total weight the fitting requires a secure ceiling fixing suitable for the mass.

The IP20 rating limits the Iliada to dry indoor spaces only. The CRI >90 rating means colours under the light appear accurately, which matters over food preparation areas and dining tables where reds, greens and skin tones need to render naturally. The 3000K colour temperature sits at the warm end of the white spectrum, closer to halogen than daylight, making it suitable for residential and hospitality settings where a cooler LED tone would feel clinical.

Yes. The integrated 63W LED is controlled by a TRIAC/0-10V driver and comes with an RF remote for wireless dimming. The remote allows brightness adjustment without installing a wall dimmer switch.

Can the drop heights be adjusted individually?

Yes. Each of the nine cables can be set independently from 40cm to 200cm drop. This allows the pendant to be configured as a tight vertical cluster or staggered at different heights to suit the room volume and ceiling height.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 40cm minimum drop plus the 23cm height of each spiral means the lowest point of the cluster will sit approximately 63cm below the ceiling. For installation above a dining table or kitchen island, a ceiling height of at least 2.6m is recommended to maintain comfortable headroom.
