Description

This is a pair of grinders for salt and pepper, made mainly of rubberwood, which accounts for 80% of the composition; stainless steel, aluminium, ceramic and polypropylene make up the remaining parts at 5% each. Each grinder stands 17cm tall and 6cm across, a rounded head sitting on a gently tapered body. The capacity is 90ml. The black runs through both in a soft gradient: on one it gathers at the base, on the other it starts at the head and fades down the body, which makes it easy to tell which is which at a glance.

We like them on the dining table or beside the hob, wherever food is seasoned as it is cooked or served. Fill one with salt crystals and the other with whole peppercorns, and the pair sits together as a tidy finishing touch for everyday meals as well as for dinners with friends.
