Description

The Hilow is an integrated LED ceiling light built as an open frame of long and short bars, in a Brushed Bronze finish with black diffusers. Three long bars run side by side, crossed at an angle by three shorter bars, all meeting at a central canopy. It is 113cm wide and 82cm high, and its canopy is 32cm in diameter. Because the LEDs are integrated, there is no bulb to buy or change. Depending on the version, it draws 72W or 78W and gives 2356lm or 2651lm, with a CRI of 90, so colours and skin tones look true under it. It comes in 2700K, the warmer white, or 3000K, a slightly fresher warm white.

At 113cm wide, it suits a long dining table, a generous living room or an open-plan space where one fitting has to cover a broad area. It also suits a bedroom, a home office or a wide hallway, wherever a broad, linear light fits the room. The black diffusers soften the light from each bar, and against the Brushed Bronze they give the frame a crisp, graphic outline on a pale ceiling. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only and for indoor use.

We sell it in two versions. The DALI or push dimmable version dims through a DALI control system or from a push switch. The 24V DC version needs a remote 24V DC driver, which is not included and is sold separately; the driver sits away from the light and supplies it with 24V DC power, and the light will not work without it. The Hilow runs on 230V mains and is wired in by a qualified electrician. When you order, choose your colour temperature and your version together, and if you pick the 24V DC version, make sure you have its driver too.
