Description

The Heronwell linear pendant stretches 1050mm long and 200mm wide, with four pebble shaped glass pieces spaced along a slim metal dish in gold and bronze. Overall height sits between 460mm and 720mm depending on the drop you set. Because the light is spread along the length rather than gathered in the middle, this ceiling light covers a long surface evenly, and the pebble glass keeps each lamp soft to look at directly. It weighs 2.5kg, so it hangs from a single point without much fuss.

Linear fittings like this are made for kitchen islands, breakfast bars and long dining tables. At 1050mm it suits a medium island rather than a very long one, and we would hang it with the glass about 750mm above the worktop so it lights the surface without blocking the view. It also works over a long hall console or above a desk that runs along a wall. The warm gold and bronze tones sit well with oak, walnut and painted cabinetry.

A slim metal dish in gold and bronze carries four pebble shaped glass diffusers and four G9 LED lamps of around 3W each. It is not dimmable, so wire it to a standard switch.
