Description

This Knightsbridge grid switch cover carries the words 'WASHING MACHINE' engraved into a polished chrome rocker, allowing a standard grid switch to be labelled for appliance identification. The cover clips onto Knightsbridge grid rocker modules, replacing the blank rocker supplied with the switch.

Designed for kitchens and utility rooms where multiple appliances are controlled from a single grid plate, the marked cover removes ambiguity about which switch controls which appliance. The 33mm height and 16mm width match Knightsbridge's standard single-module grid rocker dimensions, fitting all grid switches and dimmers in the range. The cover adds 6.8mm of projection from the grid plate once clipped in place.

The polished chrome finish provides a reflective metallic surface that coordinates with other polished chrome grid accessories, switches and sockets. The ABS and steel construction gives the rocker mechanical resilience for repeated daily switching over the 25-year warranty period. The engraved text remains legible under typical kitchen lighting and does not wear off with use.
