This Knightsbridge grid switch cover is a matt black ABS rocker pre-printed with 'TUMBLE DRYER' marking, designed to replace the blank rocker on a standard grid switch module. The cover clips onto the existing switch mechanism without re-wiring, allowing utility and kitchen circuits to be clearly labelled at the point of use.

Designed for residential utility rooms, kitchens and commercial laundries where multiple appliance circuits share a single grid switch plate, the pre-printed marking removes guesswork when isolating specific circuits for servicing or emergency shutdown. The 33mm height and 16mm width match standard Knightsbridge grid module dimensions, fitting any compatible grid switch plate in the range.

The matt black finish provides clear contrast against the embossed white lettering and pairs with Knightsbridge's matt black grid plate range. Construction combines ABS plastic for the rocker body with a steel spring mechanism inside, rated IP20 for indoor dry locations. The rocker projects 6.8mm from the grid module faceplate when fitted.

Yes. The cover fits any standard Knightsbridge grid switch module. Remove the existing rocker by gently prising it off the mechanism, then clip this replacement cover onto the same module.

Can it be used outdoors or in bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating means this cover is suitable only for indoor dry locations. It does not carry the IP44 rating required for bathrooms or outdoor installations.
