Description

The Greenberry is a linear pendant light: five ribbed glass shades set along one long, straight bar, alternating grey and green, with black collars between them. The shades are blown glass, and their fluted ribs catch the light so each one glows softly against the next. An integrated LED gives 1400 lumens of warm white 3000K light from 24W, so there is no bulb to fit or replace. With a 360 degree beam, the light spreads all round the glass rather than falling in a narrow pool. The fitting is 111.5cm long and hangs from a 14cm ceiling canopy.

We would hang it lengthways over a long dining table, where its length suits a run of chairs on either side, or above a sideboard, a desk or a reception counter. It also works in a restaurant or a hotel dining room that wants a long line of light rather than a single drop. The colour rendering index is 90 or more, so food, fabrics and skin tones look true under it, which matters at a table. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only.
