Description

The Gleonara is a twin-head LED spotlight with two adjustable cylindrical brass diffusers mounted on a shared rectangular backplate. Each diffuser houses a GX53 LED bulb and rotates independently on its joint, allowing both heads to be angled towards different points in a room or concentrated on a single feature. The fitting can be mounted on walls or ceilings where directional accent lighting is needed.

Designed for living rooms, hallways, home offices and bedroom reading positions, the Gleonara provides task or accent light without requiring multiple single-head fittings. The 220mm backplate spans two joists or fixing points on plasterboard, and the 115mm projection clears the wall enough to angle the heads back towards artwork, shelving or seating zones. Both heads are dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch, allowing the intensity to be dropped for ambient use in the evening.

The brass finish is a plated metal coating over an aluminium body, giving the warm tone of solid brass without the weight or oxidation that uncoated brass develops over time. Each diffuser is 90mm in diameter with a recessed white reflector inside the brass cylinder, directing the GX53 LED output forward rather than spilling it sideways. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor locations — not suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms or outdoor canopies.

Can the heads be adjusted after installation?

Yes. Both heads rotate on their mounting joints and can be repositioned at any time without tools. This allows you to redirect light as furniture layouts or artwork positions change.

The fitting itself supports dimming, but compatibility depends on the GX53 LED bulbs you install and the dimmer switch model. Use dimmable-rated GX53 LEDs and pair with a trailing-edge LED dimmer for best results.

Can it be fitted on a ceiling as well as a wall?

Yes. The rectangular backplate can be mounted on either a wall or ceiling surface. On ceilings the heads angle down to provide directional downlight or can be aimed across the ceiling plane for wall-washing.
