Description
The Gleamora-1 is a 110mm diameter recessed ground light with an integrated 3W 3000K LED housed in a grey die-cast aluminium body rated for drive-over installation. The fitting sits flush with the ground surface, with a single 10mm aperture directing a concentrated beam of warm white light upwards or across the ground plane, depending on installation angle.
Designed for pathways, driveways, patio edges and garden borders, the Gleamora-1 provides both accent lighting and wayfinding in outdoor spaces. The drive-over rating means the fitting can be installed directly in the path of vehicles on driveways and hard landscaping, with a tempered glass lens protecting the LED from impact and surface loads. The IP65 rating provides protection against water jets from any direction and full dust ingress protection, making the fitting suitable for exposed locations including coastal sites.
The grey aluminium body blends into contemporary paving materials such as porcelain, granite and concrete, while the warm 3000K colour temperature softens the clinical tone that cooler LEDs can produce on stone and gravel surfaces at night. The fitting requires a recessed housing to be set into the ground during installation, with the final surface sitting level with the top of the grey bezel. No visible fixings appear on the surface once installed.
Power consumption of 3W per fitting allows multiple units to be run from a single transformer on a low-voltage circuit, reducing installation costs on longer pathway runs. The integrated LED is non-replaceable and is rated for 30,000+ hours of continuous operation before noticeable degradation, equating to approximately 10 years of typical evening-only use.

Frequently Asked
Can this be driven over by a car?
Yes. The Gleamora-1 is rated for drive-over installation and can be set directly into driveways and vehicle access routes. The tempered glass lens and die-cast aluminium housing are designed to withstand typical vehicle loads without cracking or deformation.
What installation depth is required?
The fitting requires a recessed housing to be set into the ground during installation, with sufficient depth to accommodate the body of the fitting below ground level. Exact depth depends on the specific housing used, but typically 100-120mm clearance below the finished surface is needed. Consult a qualified electrician for installation requirements.
Is the LED replaceable?
No. The LED is integrated into the fitting and is not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for 30,000+ hours of operation, which equates to approximately 10 years of typical evening-only use before noticeable degradation.
What cable entry options are available?
The fitting uses a cable gland on the underside of the body for mains or low-voltage cable entry. The exact entry configuration depends on the installation method and transformer used. An IP-rated cable gland is required to maintain the IP65 rating once installed.
