Description

The Ginevra 30 is a round drum light that fits on a ceiling or on a wall: a shallow band of matt black lined with brass, with a white diffuser across its face. It is 32.3cm across and only 8.5cm high, so it sits close to the surface and suits rooms where a pendant would hang too low. The light comes from an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. Its 15W gives 1397lm, with a CRI of 90, so colours and skin tones look true. We sell it in two colour temperatures, 2700K for a warmer glow or 3000K for a slightly crisper white, and you choose one when you order.

Being so slim, it works well in hallways, landings, bedrooms and living rooms, and in a home office where you want even, comfortable light without a fitting in your line of sight. On a wall it reads as a quiet disc of light, with the brass lining giving a warm edge around the diffuser. A row of them along a corridor or across a long room gives a calm, regular rhythm overhead. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only.

It is dimmable, by DALI or by push, so it can sit on a DALI lighting system or be dimmed from a push control, and your electrician will connect it to whichever you use. It runs on 230V mains and is wired in by an electrician, whether it goes on the ceiling or the wall. The finish pairs a matt black band with brass inside it, so the colour shows in the glow as much as in the fitting. Because the LED is built in, there is no bulb to fit; we suggest settling on 2700K or 3000K before the electrician arrives.
