Description

This pair of salt and pepper shakers takes the form of two round, puffed-up fish, each with a raised fin along the back, side fins, a fanned tail, bulging eyes and a small pouting mouth. One is painted with bold spots and the other with a pattern of scales, so you can tell them apart at a glance. They are made of 99% stoneware and 1% silicone, in cream with darker painted fins and markings. Each measures 9.5cm long, 9cm wide and 6.5cm tall, with a capacity of 35ml, small enough to sit in the palm of your hand and to tuck beside a plate.

We see them on the dining table, a breakfast tray or a kitchen shelf by the hob, wherever salt and pepper are reached for every day.
