Description

The Fora 90 is a large outdoor pendant light with a woven drum shade in Light Beige, 90cm across and 55.5cm tall. The shade is woven from synthetic fibre, and inside it sits an opal globe around the light source, so the glow comes softly through the weave and spills from the open base. We sell it in two versions: an integrated LED that is TRIAC dimmable, giving 947lm of warm 2700K light with a CRI of 90 from 24.7W, or a version that takes two E27 bulbs of up to 15W each, not included. The integrated LED needs no bulb at all.

Rated IP66, it is made for outdoor use, so it suits a covered terrace, a pergola or a veranda as readily as a dining room or living room indoors. At 90cm across it has real presence, so it works best over a long dining table, in a high-ceilinged room or above an outdoor seating area where a smaller pendant would look lost. The drop runs from 82cm to 250cm, on a 195cm cable, which gives room to hang it low over a table or higher in a double-height space.

It is built from aluminium, stainless steel, polyethylene and synthetic fibre, and hangs from a ceiling canopy 12cm across and 5cm tall on fine wires and a single cable. The design is by Alex Fernández Camps and Gonzalo Milà. It is a Class I fitting for 230V mains, wired in by a qualified electrician, and the dimmable LED version needs a compatible dimmer. Choose the LED for warm light with no bulbs to change, or the E27 version if you would rather pick your own bulbs.
