Description

We stock the Focus in black as a compact track head for accent lighting on a 48V track system. A cylindrical black aluminium body holds an integrated 12W LED giving 900 lumens through a tight 36 degree beam, and the colour temperature adjusts across the range from warm 2700K to cool daylight 6000K so you can set the mood to suit the room.

We reach for it wherever you want light aimed at something in particular: artwork on a gallery or hallway wall, shelves and displays in a shop, a run of kitchen worktop, or a home desk. The narrow 36 degree beam keeps the light concentrated on the target with little spill, and because the head sits on a track adaptor you can slide it along the rail and angle it once the track is up.

The integrated LED is dimmable on a compatible 48V track system, so you can take it from full output down to a soft glow. It runs at AC 48V and needs a matching track with its own driver, carries a CRI 90 rating for faithful colour on textiles, food and art, and is rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms. The matt black aluminium finish keeps reflections down and sits cleanly on black rail or reads as contrast against a white ceiling.

Frequently Asked

Is it dimmable?

Yes. The integrated LED dims on a compatible 48V track dimming system (sold separately), so you can set it from full brightness down to a soft glow.

What track does it fit?

It is built for a 48V AC magnetic track system with its own integrated driver. It will not fit mains-voltage single or three-circuit track, so please check your rail before ordering.

Can I change the colour temperature?

Yes. The white light is adjustable from a warm 2700K through to a cool daylight 6000K, so the same fitting can feel cosy or crisp depending on the setting.

Where does it work best?

It is made for accent and task lighting indoors, such as artwork, shop displays, a kitchen worktop or a desk. With a 36 degree beam and CRI 90 colour accuracy it is well suited to highlighting objects. It is rated IP20 for dry rooms.
