We stock the Flarity live parts connector in black as one of the working electrical parts in the Flarity 24V DC track system. It carries low-voltage power through the track, either linking two sections together or acting as the live feed point where power enters the run. The body is black aluminium, so it sits quietly against the rest of the Flarity track and keeps the look consistent along the whole line.

We see this used in homes, shops and offices where the track needs to be planned around the room rather than a single fixed spot. Because it handles the live connection, you can build straight runs or turn corners and still keep power flowing to every head on the system. It runs on 24V DC rather than mains voltage, which keeps the track slim and makes the parts easier and safer to handle when you reconfigure the layout later.

A few practical points. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry indoor use only and should not go in a bathroom, outdoors or anywhere exposed to damp. It is not dimmable in itself, so any dimming is set at the driver or control feeding the track.
