Description

We stock the 89mm Flarity track connector in black as a short joining piece for our Flarity 24V DC modular track system. It carries power between two track sections and keeps the run electrically live, and its black powder-coated aluminium body matches the finish of the rest of the track so the join sits neatly against the ceiling.

We use this connector to bridge lengths of Flarity track where a straight section needs to continue, so you can build the run to the length your room needs without a visible cable between the parts. The low-voltage 24V DC supply is a safer alternative to a mains track, which suits homes, retail spaces and galleries where the track sits within reach or over a busy area.

The connector is finished in black aluminium, which is light and resistant to corrosion, and it is rated IP20 for dry indoor use only. It is not dimmable in itself, as dimming is handled by the driver and control for the whole track. You will need compatible Flarity track sections and a 24V DC driver to complete the installation, both sold separately.

Frequently Asked

What does this connector do?

It joins two sections of Flarity 24V track and carries the power across the join, so a straight run stays live from one length to the next. It is a component, not a light, so no bulb or LED is included.

What do I need to use it?

You will need compatible Flarity track sections and a 24V DC driver, both sold separately. The connector only bridges and powers the track; it does not supply the light itself.

Can I use it in a bathroom or outdoors?

No. It is rated IP20 for dry indoor use only, so keep it to rooms such as living rooms, kitchens, retail spaces and galleries away from moisture.

Is it dimmable?

The connector itself does not dim. Any dimming is set by the 24V driver and control you run the whole track from, so choose a dimmable driver if you want to adjust the brightness.
