Description

We stock the Flarity as a surface-mounted pendant track for 24V DC track lighting. It is an 800mm black aluminium rail that can be bent to form curved runs, so your track can follow a kitchen island, a curved reception desk or a gallery wall rather than staying in a straight line. Compatible 24V pendant fittings (sold separately) clip into the channel at any point along its length.

We use this rail where task or accent lighting needs to trace a non-linear path, such as worktops with curved edges, retail displays with rounded corners, or wall runs that need lighting without gaps. It fixes to the surface and sits proud of the ceiling or wall by roughly 15 to 20mm, with the power supply housed remotely and connected by low-voltage cable. The black powder-coated finish stays in the background once the heads are on, so the light and the surfaces it picks out lead the eye.

The track runs on a 24V DC extra-low-voltage system, which keeps handling and repositioning straightforward during installation. It carries an IP20 rating for dry indoor use and is not itself dimmable. This is the 800mm length; we also stock a shorter 650mm version and a curved variant in the same range.

Frequently Asked

Are pendant fittings included?

No. This is the track rail on its own. Compatible 24V pendant fittings are sold separately and clip into the channel at any point along the 800mm length.

Can the track really be curved?

Yes. The 800mm aluminium rail is designed to be bent into gentle curves on site, so you can run it along an island, a curved desk or a gallery wall rather than in a straight line.

Does it run on mains voltage?

No. It is a 24V DC extra-low-voltage track, so it pairs with a compatible low-voltage power supply (sold separately) rather than connecting to mains directly.

Is it suitable for a bathroom?

No. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only.
