Description

We stock the Flarity as a 650mm curved track rail in black aluminium, made for surface mounting on a ceiling or wall as part of a 24V DC low-voltage track lighting system. The curved profile lets the run follow a bend rather than a straight line, so pendant fittings can be spaced along a shaped path. It is finished in matt black powder coat, which keeps reflections down and sits comfortably alongside black pendants and darker, contemporary schemes where the hardware is meant to be seen.

We reach for a curved section like this wherever a straight track would not sit neatly against the shape of a room. It suits kitchen islands and breakfast bars with curved worktops, soffit edges above open-plan dining, and alcoves or bays with rounded walls, giving you a tidy way to distribute pendant light around the curve. Because it is rated IP20, we recommend it for dry indoor rooms only, kept away from bathrooms and any location exposed to moisture.

The rail carries the low-voltage supply and accepts pendant fittings on their matching track adaptors, sold separately, so you can choose and position the pendants you want. The 24V DC system runs from a separate transformer and driver, also sold separately, which is usually sited in a ceiling void or service cupboard with the low-voltage cable run to the track.
