Description

We stock the Flarity Live Parts power connector in brass as the part that carries current across a 24V DC track run. It is a cylindrical aluminium component with a brass finish, and it houses the electrical contacts that bridge the power rails where two track sections meet, so the whole run stays live from end to end. The brass finish matches the rest of the Live Parts range, so it sits in with our brass track heads, adaptors and rail sections rather than standing out.

We use this connector wherever a track run is built from more than one section or needs to keep power flowing across a joint. It suits homes and commercial rooms alike, from living rooms and galleries to retail displays and hospitality spaces. It is rated IP20, so it is made for dry indoor use in normal room conditions and should not be fitted outdoors or anywhere exposed to damp.

The system runs at a low 24V DC, which makes it safer to handle while you set the track up or move sections around later. The connector clips into the track profile and locks the contacts into place, so most installations need no tools. It is a non-dimmable component, which means it works with a standard 24V DC supply and does not call for any dimming control gear.
