The Flair is a 7-light crystal flush ceiling light built around a circular gold-plated metal frame set directly against the ceiling, with tiers of cut crystal droplets suspended below. Each of the seven G9 bulb positions sits behind the crystal cascade, allowing light to refract through multiple layers of glass. The 450mm diameter and 235mm projection suit rooms with standard or low ceiling heights where a pendant would hang too low.

Designed for dining rooms, bedrooms, hallways and living rooms with ceiling heights between 2.3m and 2.7m, the Flair provides decorative and functional light without requiring the clearance a traditional chandelier needs. The gold-plated frame reflects warm tones across the ceiling, while the crystal droplets create light scatter across walls and furnishings. The fitting is dimmable when paired with compatible G9 LED bulbs and a trailing-edge dimmer.

The crystal elements are individually hung on gold-toned metal loops arranged in concentric tiers, creating a layered curtain effect when viewed from below. The 235mm drop keeps the lowest crystals well clear of head height in typical residential rooms. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor locations away from bathroom zones. The gold plating on the frame provides a warmer metallic tone than polished brass, sitting between brass and rose gold in colour temperature.

Yes. The flush-mount design sits directly against the ceiling with a 235mm projection, making it suitable for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.3m or above. The lowest crystals clear typical head height by a comfortable margin.

What bulbs does it take?

The Flair takes seven G9 capsule bulbs, sold separately. G9 LED bulbs between 2W and 5W are recommended for energy efficiency and reduced heat output. Choose warm white (2700K-3000K) for a traditional glow or cool white (4000K+) for brighter task lighting.

Is it dimmable?

The fitting itself is dimmable. Dimmer compatibility depends on the bulbs chosen — use dimmable G9 LED bulbs paired with a trailing-edge dimmer rated for LED loads. Non-dimmable bulbs or incompatible dimmers will cause flickering.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Turn off power at the mains before cleaning. Wipe each crystal droplet gently with a dry microfibre cloth. For heavier dust buildup, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water works, but avoid soaking the metal loops or getting moisture into the bulb holders.
