Description

Firefly in the Sky is a rechargeable bollard light in a Textured Olive Green finish, standing 57.6cm tall with a head 12.4cm across. A shallow, flared shade sits on top of a slim round post, and the post rests on a round base plate. The light source is an integrated LED of 2W, so there is never a bulb to buy or change. It gives 134 lumens of warm white light at 2700K, a soft, low glow rather than a floodlight, and with a CRI of 90 the colours of planting, paving and faces look true under it.

We see this as a light for the garden and for outdoor spaces generally. Rated IP65, it is protected against dust and against jets of water, so it can stay out in the rain on a patio, a terrace, a balcony or beside a path. Because it runs from a rechargeable battery, charged by USB-C, there is no cable to bury and no wiring in to arrange, which makes it a good choice for a rented garden or a corner the mains does not reach.
