Our Favour table lamp sets a dome shade inside an arched blue frame, a clean and friendly outline for a small table. The frame is a rounded tube that rises on both sides, arches over the shade and holds it from the top, then sweeps round at the foot in a looping curve that rests flat on the tabletop. The lamp stands 29.5cm tall and is 24.5cm across, so this is a compact table lamp sized for a bedside table, a desk or a side table. It is made from 45% acrylic, 45% iron and 10% polyvinyl chloride, and it weighs 0.666KG, light enough to move from room to room as you need it.

We see it working hardest where you sit close to it: on a bedside table for evening reading, on a desk in a study or home office, or on a side table beside the sofa in the living room. It is rated IP20, so it is a lamp for dry rooms only. The 150cm white cable carries a switch on the cord, which means you can turn the lamp on and off from the cable rather than reaching round the frame, a small thing that matters most beside a bed.

The lamp takes an E14 bulb, the small screw fitting, at up to 40W, or up to 5W for an LED or 9W for a CFL. The bulb is not included, so have one ready.
