Description

We stock the Expo in black as an outdoor LED wall light built around a black aluminium box frame with a central frosted acrylic panel. An integrated 12W LED sits inside, giving 650 lumens of warm white light at 3000K through a wide 130 degree spread, so light washes forward through the panel and out through the open sides of the frame.

We fit the Expo on sheltered outdoor walls such as front doors, porches, courtyard walls and garden passages, where its IP54 rating protects against dust and water splashing from any direction. The 130 degree beam covers a broad arc of wall or paving with soft, even light rather than a hard spot, and the 3000K warm white keeps masonry and skin tones looking natural rather than cold.

The frame is powder-coated aluminium, which holds up to normal UK weather and UV without corroding. The LED is integrated and the fitting is not dimmable, so it runs at a fixed level. It wires directly into a 220-240V mains circuit at a junction box, with a colour rendering of 80 CRI and an energy class of G.

Frequently Asked

Can I use the Expo outdoors?

Yes. It carries an IP54 rating, which protects against dust and water splashing from any direction, so it suits sheltered outdoor spots like porches, front doors and courtyard walls. We would keep it out of direct, prolonged rain.

Is it dimmable?

No. The integrated 12W LED runs at a fixed level and is not dimmable, giving a steady 650 lumens of warm 3000K light every time it is switched on.

How do I install it?

The Expo wires directly into a 220-240V mains circuit and mounts to the wall over a junction box. We recommend a qualified electrician for the connection. The LED is integrated, so there is no bulb to fit or replace.

What sort of light does it give?

It gives 650 lumens of warm white light at 3000K across a wide 130 degree beam, so it washes both the wall behind and the area in front. The 80 CRI keeps colours looking natural on brick, render and paving.
