Description

The Energizer LED GLS bulb delivers 806 lumens from an 8.8W LED, providing the light output of a traditional 60W incandescent bulb while consuming 85% less energy. The B22 bayonet cap fits standard UK lamp holders with a push-and-twist action, securing the bulb in ceiling pendants, table lamps, wall lights and bedside fittings.

This pack contains two bulbs, both outputting warm white 3000K light suited to living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms and hallways where a softer, warmer tone is preferred over cool daylight. The GLS (General Lighting Service) shape is the familiar rounded bulb profile that works in exposed-bulb pendants, shaded table lamps and traditional ceiling fixtures. At 60mm diameter and 108mm height, the bulbs fit most standard domestic lampshades and fixtures without protruding.

The LED technology gives a rated lifespan of 10 years under typical household usage (average 3 hours per day), reducing the frequency of bulb replacements compared to halogen or incandescent alternatives. The bulbs are non-dimmable and should be used only with standard on/off switches. Each bulb carries an F energy rating under the revised EU energy label scale introduced in 2021, which reflects the stricter efficiency thresholds applied to LED products.
