This is a 4.5W LED PLS bulb on a G23 two pin cap, giving 580 lumens of cool white light at 4000K. The G23 base is the two pin fitting used by short twin tube PL-S compact fluorescent lamps, so it drops into the same lampholder without an adaptor. The pack calls it a 9W replacement and prints a 30 year lifespan; the energy rating is E. The lamp itself is white throughout: a slim twin tube rising from a cylindrical body, with two flat pins at the base. It is not dimmable and it comes as a single bulb.

G23 lamps live in compact indoor fittings: desk and task lamps, under cabinet strips, small wall lights, hallway and landing bulkheads, and the enclosed fittings often used in cupboards, garages and workshops.
