Description
The Emberlit is a 520mm crystal chandelier with six E14 bulbs set within a polished chrome frame, arranged across three tiers of crystal droplets that cascade from a wide upper bowl to a narrower lower point. Each tier consists of individual cut crystal pieces strung on chrome rods, creating a dense field of refraction points that scatter light across walls and ceilings when the bulbs are lit.
Designed as a flush-mount ceiling fitting for rooms with 2.4m or higher ceilings, the Emberlit suits dining rooms, entrance halls and living rooms where a decorative centrepiece is needed without the drop of a pendant suspension. The 410mm height keeps the lowest crystal tier at least 2m above floor level in standard ceiling-height rooms, providing clearance for tall residents and guests. The fitting mounts directly to a ceiling rose and the chrome canopy sits flat against the ceiling plaster.
The crystal elements are individually cut and faceted to maximise light dispersion, with the uppermost tier forming a wide bowl that catches and reflects light back upwards onto the ceiling. The middle tier transitions to longer droplets, and the lowest tier forms a tapered point that directs light downwards. The polished chrome frame provides structural support and reflects light between the crystal layers, amplifying the overall brightness. The fitting carries an IP20 rating, making it suitable for dry indoor environments only.
The six E14 bulbs are dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch, allowing the light output to be adjusted from full brightness for dining and task activities to lower ambient levels for evening use. Bulbs are sold separately, giving flexibility to choose warm white (2700K-3000K) for traditional interiors or cooler white (4000K+) for contemporary spaces.

Frequently Asked
Is this chandelier dimmable?
Yes, the Emberlit is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch and dimmable E14 bulbs. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model and bulb type, so check both before installation.
What bulbs does it take and are they included?
The chandelier takes six E14 (small Edison screw) bulbs, which are sold separately. Most users pair this with 4-6W LED candle bulbs in warm white (2700K-3000K) for a traditional look or daylight white (4000K) for a crisper finish.
What ceiling height is needed?
The 410mm height means the lowest crystal tier sits approximately 2m above floor level in a standard 2.4m ceiling-height room. Lower ceilings may result in taller individuals or raised arms coming close to the lower crystals.
How is the crystal cleaned?
Switch off the power at the mains before cleaning. Wipe each crystal piece gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the crystal or using household sprays that may leave residue.
