Description

Elinora is a table lamp with a mango wood base and a linen drum shade, standing 52cm tall and 30cm across. The base rises in a stack of rounded rings from a low domed foot, and the wood is walnut stained and lacquered to a rich brown that shows its grain along every curve. The shade is wide and straight-sided, a calm, simple shape that leaves the ringed base to give the lamp its character.

At 52cm tall it is a comfortable size for a console table in the hallway, a side table beside the sofa or a bedside table, giving a lamp for reading, for evenings in or for a welcoming light by the front door. It takes an E27 bulb, the common large screw fitting, up to 40W, or an LED bulb up to 5W or a CFL up to 9W.
