Description

The Ehadi is a slim column on a stepped round foot, 48.5cm to the top and 13.5cm across at the base. The column is plain except for a single turned knop a third of the way up and a narrower waist above it, and it finishes in a cup carrying a black lampholder with a shade ring. The finish is antique brass, darkened in the hollows and brighter along the raised edges. A cord runs from the foot and the lamp is supplied with a UK adaptor.

This is a base only: no shade and no bulb. At 13.5cm across the foot it takes almost no surface for its height, which makes it the one for a narrow console or a bedside table already carrying books. The column is solid and vertical, so it lifts a shade high without putting any bulk underneath it. It takes one E27 bulb up to 60W, the cord runs 2.5m, and it is rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms.

The base is iron finished in antique brass, so the tone sits unevenly and each one darkens differently in the turned hollows. The Ehadi range also holds a floor lamp base in the same antique brass. Neither a shade nor a bulb is included.
