Description
The Ego accent is a low linear bar that clips onto the Ego 48V magnetic track, laying a focused strip of integrated-LED light rather than a round spot. At 284mm it runs a touch longer than the 7W bar and throws its beam along a surface, so it grazes a wide textured wall, lifts a tall run of shelving or draws a bold line of light beside a display. Lit, it gives a directed warm 2700K wash; off, the slim matt black body reads as a clean mark on the ceiling line.
Its LED runs at 13W and gives about 1250 lumens, with a colour rendering above 90 so plaster, timber and fabric hold their true tone under the graze. This version dims through a DALI controller, so the level can be set scene by scene across a run. Because it lives on a magnetic track, several bars can be spaced along a rail and each aimed at its own stretch of wall, then moved by hand as a layout changes, which suits a larger gallery or feature wall.
The body is extruded aluminium in matt black RAL 9005 and the fitting is rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms. The LED is integrated and rated to 50,000 hours, so there is no bulb to fit or replace. It needs the Ego 48V track, a DALI-capable driver and controller, which we can supply alongside.

Frequently Asked
What kind of light does the Ego accent give?
A focused linear graze in a warm 2700K tone, colour rendering above 90. At 13W the bar puts out around 1250 lumens along a surface, so it lifts a wider wall or a taller run of shelving than the smaller accent.
Does it use a bulb?
No, the LED is built in and rated to 50,000 hours, giving about 1250 lumens at 13W. There is nothing to fit or replace; the bar clips onto the Ego magnetic track and runs from its 48V supply.
Can it be dimmed?
Yes, this is the DALI version. Paired with a DALI driver and controller it dims smoothly and can be grouped into scenes, so several bars adjust together or in zones.
How does it differ from the smaller accent?
This bar is longer at 284mm and brighter at 13W, so it covers a wider or taller surface. The 7W accent suits shorter runs where a softer, more contained graze is enough.
