Description
The E-Luminate candle bulb is a 4.9W LED with an E14 small Edison screw base, delivering 470 lumens at 2700K warm white. Each bulb provides the light output of a traditional 40W incandescent while drawing under 5W, making it suited to chandeliers, wall sconces, bedside lamps and decorative fittings where multiple bulbs are used together.
Designed for fixed-output installations, the bulb is non-dimmable and provides consistent light level from switch-on. The 2700K colour temperature produces a warm amber-toned light that works in living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and dining areas where a softer ambient glow is preferred over task lighting. The candle shape measures 102mm height by 35mm diameter, fitting most traditional lampshade rings and chandelier arms without visible overhang.
This pack contains two bulbs. The rated lifespan is 15,000 hours at typical domestic use patterns, equivalent to approximately 15 years at 3 hours per day. The E14 base is the smaller of the two common Edison screw sizes in UK fittings, primarily used in decorative and compact fixtures rather than main room lighting.

Frequently Asked
Can this bulb be used with a dimmer switch?
No. This bulb is non-dimmable and will not work correctly with dimmer switches. Attempting to dim a non-dimmable LED can cause flickering, reduced lifespan or immediate failure. Use only on standard on/off switches.
What fitting does E14 correspond to?
E14 is the small Edison screw (SES), measuring 14mm diameter at the screw thread. It is commonly used in chandeliers, wall sconces, decorative table lamps and bedside lamps. If your existing bulb has a smaller screw thread than a standard bayonet or large Edison screw, it is likely E14.
How does 2700K compare to other colour temperatures?
2700K produces a warm white light with a slight amber or yellow cast, similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. It is warmer than 3000K (neutral white) and significantly warmer than 4000K or 6500K (cool white), making it suited to living spaces where a cosy rather than clinical atmosphere is wanted.
How many bulbs are included?
This is a 2-pack, containing two individual bulbs in one retail box.
