Description

The DUOline cable shortener is a practical component of the DUOline 2-phase track system, made to help manage the drop of pendant luminaires. It works by winding excess cable into the housing, tidying away length that would otherwise hang loose. Depending on the material and thickness of the cable, a shortening of approximately 80cm is possible.

With its slim square profile measuring 3cm wide and 13.5cm tall, it keeps things neat in a living room or bedroom running on the DUOline system. The modern shape suits a considered lighting layout where cable runs need to stay clean and controlled.

Built from plastic and finished in matt black to match other DUOline components, it carries an IP20 rating for indoor use. The 2-phase system is flexible and offers plenty of options for customised lighting design, and this part slots in to fine-tune pendant heights across the run.
