Description

We stock the Dip as a recessed LED downlight in white for a neat ceiling finish. It has an integrated 10W LED module giving 1130 lumens of warm white light at 2700K, set in a white powder-coated aluminium trim. The 50 degree beam angle keeps the light focused for general room lighting, and the 90 CRI rating means colours read accurately underneath it.

This is a downlight for dry indoor rooms such as living rooms, bedrooms and hallways. It fits into a 92mm cut-out and sits level with plasterboard or a suspended ceiling once installed. You will need a ceiling void of at least 100mm depth to house the driver and heat sink above the trim. The IP20 rating means it is not suitable for bathrooms, wet areas or outdoor use.

The 2700K colour gives a warm white close to a traditional halogen downlight, so swapping older fittings keeps the same feel to a room. The aluminium body helps carry heat away from the LED for steady output over its life. It runs on standard 220-240V mains and is not dimmable, so it stays at full brightness whenever it is switched on.
