Description

The Dip is a disc LED wall light with a long, curved arm that reaches out from a round wall plate and holds a flat, round head over the space below. The head is 25cm across and the light is 72cm tall, with a reach of 86cm. The light source is an integrated LED of 18W giving 1931lm, so there is no bulb to buy or change. A CRI of 90 keeps skin tones, fabrics and food looking true. It comes in a choice of 2700K or 3000K: 2700K for a warmer, softer glow, 3000K for a slightly crisper warm white.

Because the arm carries the head so far out, our Dip wall light works where you want light over a spot rather than across a whole room. In a bedroom it can sit beside the bed and throw light over a pillow for reading, leaving the bedside table clear. In a living room it can reach over an armchair or the end of a sofa. In a dining room, a pair either side of a table or along a banquette gives each place its own pool of light. It is rated IP40, so it is for dry indoor rooms only.

We offer the Dip in Brushed Champagne, Matt Black, Brushed Bronze and Textured Soft White, each with the same slim arm, round head and 14cm round wall plate. The head and plate are simple flat discs, so the finish carries the look: Matt Black reads crisply against a pale wall, while Textured Soft White sits quietly on one. It runs at 230V on the mains and is wired in by a qualified electrician. It dims by DALI or push control, so tell your electrician which you plan to use. Choose your finish and colour temperature when you order. Our photographs show the matt black version.
