Diamora Rectangle Wall Mirror - Black & Gold

The Diamora is a 96 x 71cm rectangle wall mirror built with a dual-frame design: a black outer frame surrounds a champagne gold inner trim, which itself frames a bevelled-edge mirror plate. The resin construction keeps the weight at 8kg despite the size, making it easier to hang on plasterboard walls with the correct fixings. The 4cm depth gives the mirror a three-dimensional presence when wall-mounted.

Designed for hallways, bedrooms and above console tables where full-length reflection is needed without the footprint of a floor-standing mirror, the Diamora suits both portrait and landscape orientation depending on the wall space available. The 96cm height allows head-to-mid-thigh reflection for most users when mounted at standard height (approximately 150cm from floor to centre). The black and gold palette pairs with both warm-toned and cool-toned interiors, providing contrast in lighter rooms and depth in darker spaces.

The bevelled edge on the mirror glass creates a stepped border that catches light differently to the main reflective surface, adding detail to what would otherwise be a flat plane. Can it be hung in landscape orientation?

Yes. The mirror can be mounted in either portrait (96cm tall) or landscape (96cm wide) orientation depending on wall space and how much vertical or horizontal reflection is needed.

What fixings are needed for an 8kg mirror?

On solid masonry walls use two screws and wall plugs rated for at least 10kg each. On plasterboard use plasterboard anchors or locate wall studs behind the board. The mirror has D-rings or mounting points on the back (check on arrival) that should distribute the load across two fixing points.

Is the gold finish shiny or matte?

The champagne gold inner trim has a low-sheen finish, closer to brushed or satin gold than polished. This reduces reflections from room lighting that would compete with the mirror itself.

How is the frame cleaned?

Wipe the resin frame with a barely-damp microfibre cloth. For the mirror glass use a standard glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth rather than directly onto the glass, to avoid overspray onto the frame. The bevelled edge can collect dust in the stepped groove — use a soft brush to dislodge before wiping.
