Delarosa Large Pendant Light - White & Champagne Bronze

The Delarosa is a 508mm diameter pendant light with a white dome shade and champagne bronze metalwork at the canopy and tapered stem. The shade is a simple hemisphere that diffuses light downwards through the E27 fitting (bulb sold separately), while the champagne bronze detailing at the top of the shade adds a decorative taper between the dome and the chain suspension.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and entrance halls with ceiling heights above 2.4m, the Delarosa provides ambient downlight in spaces where a larger shade diameter is needed to balance the room proportions. The 1829mm of chain allows the drop to be adjusted between 430mm minimum and 2259mm maximum on installation, accommodating both standard ceiling heights and double-height voids. The white shade pairs with most wall colours and reflects internal light back down into the room rather than absorbing it.

The 508mm diameter makes this a substantial fitting that works as a single pendant over a 1.8-2.4m dining table or in pairs over a longer kitchen island. The champagne bronze finish is a warm mid-tone between polished brass and antique brass, reading more neutral than either and pairing comfortably with both warm and cool interior palettes. The E27 socket accepts any standard LED, halogen or filament bulb up to 60W, giving control over light temperature and brightness depending on the bulb selected.

The pendant takes a standard E27 (Edison screw) bulb up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED bulb between 8-12W and 2700K-3000K for dining or ambient lighting.

For a dining table the pendant typically hangs 700-850mm above the surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. Is the shade metal or glass?

The shade is metal with a white powder-coated finish on both the exterior and interior surfaces. This makes it more durable than glass and lighter in weight, but it does not offer the same light transmission as frosted glass.
