Description

The Danza is a 53cm LED table lamp built around a curved aluminium frame finished in sandblasted matte black, with an integrated 21W 3000K LED running along the inside of the arc behind an opal silicone diffuser. The curved form rises from a 25cm-diameter circular base and sweeps forward and overhead, positioning the light source above and slightly in front of where the lamp sits.

Designed for desks, sideboards and workspace corners where both task light and ambient presence are needed, the Danza provides 780 lumens of warm white light distributed evenly along the arc rather than from a single point. The dimmable LED allows output to be adjusted from full brightness for close work down to low-level ambient glow for evening use. The 24V low-voltage operation runs through an external driver supplied with the lamp.

The aluminium frame is sandblasted to a low-sheen matte black that absorbs rather than reflects surrounding light, while the opal silicone diffuser softens the LED into a continuous ribbon of light along the curve. The 33cm projection from base to furthest point of the arc means the lamp needs clearance behind and overhead, making it better suited to corner positions or the back edge of a desk rather than tight against a wall. At 1.68kg the lamp sits securely on flat surfaces without needing to be weighted.

Yes. The integrated 21W LED is dimmable via a compatible dimmer. Schuller supplies the lamp with an external 24V driver — check the driver spec sheet or contact us to confirm dimmer compatibility before pairing with a specific dimmer model.

What colour temperature is the LED?

The LED runs at 3000K, which is a warm white comparable to halogen or incandescent bulbs. This suits task lighting, reading positions and ambient use in residential and office environments.

Can the arc be adjusted or repositioned?

No. The arc is fixed in shape and orientation. The lamp cannot be angled or repositioned once placed — the curved form is static.

What desk size does it suit?

The 33cm forward projection from the base means the lamp needs at least 40cm of desk depth to sit comfortably without the arc extending past the front edge. It works well on desks 120cm wide or larger, or positioned at the back corner of smaller desks where the arc can extend into open space.
