The Dallas is a 25-light suspension fitting built around a circular chrome frame that holds 25 smoky glass globes in a multi-tier arrangement. Each globe houses a G9 bulb (sold separately) positioned to cast light outward through the tinted glass, creating a layered wash of diffused illumination across the fitting's 69cm diameter.

Designed for dining rooms, living rooms and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.7m or higher, the Dallas delivers enough distributed light to act as the primary fitting over a 6-8 seater dining table or in a 4-5m living space. The suspension cable is height-adjustable between 24cm and 135cm on installation, allowing the fitting to be set at the appropriate drop for the room. The polished chrome frame reflects ambient light during the day and picks up the warm glow from the bulbs when lit at night.

The smoky glass globes range in size across the tiers, with the largest globes positioned on the outer ring and smaller globes clustered towards the centre. This creates visual depth when viewed from below and softens the light output compared to clear glass, reducing glare while maintaining brightness. The chrome frame and suspension cables are visible through the translucent glass, turning the internal structure into part of the design rather than hiding it. How much weight does the ceiling fixing need to support?

Can the smoky glass globes be cleaned?

Yes. Switch off the mains power, allow the bulbs to cool fully, then wipe each globe with a dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable. Avoid spraying cleaner directly onto the glass or chrome frame.
